What we collect from you

The event details you write yourself: names, date, venue, map link, and the text and images you upload.

Your guest list, if you use the sending service: names and phone numbers only, to build the personal link and deliver the invitation.

Guests’ replies: name, phone, attending or declining, number of companions, and the message the guest writes to you.

What we never do

We don’t sell your data or your guests’ data to anyone, we don’t rent it, and we don’t share it for marketing purposes.

We don’t send marketing messages to your guests. The only message they receive is your invitation, and its reminder if you enable it.

We don’t place adverts on invitation pages, and no third-party tracking inside them.

What the guest sees

The guest creates no account and signs into nothing. They open the link and reply.

We ask the guest for nothing beyond what you put in the RSVP questions.

A guest’s reply reaches you alone; no other guest sees it.

Your board and its private link

Your board opens on a long private link that is hard to guess. Anyone who has it can see your replies — so keep it as you would keep a password.

You can revoke the link and generate a new one at any time.

Retention and deletion

Your event data stays as long as your invitation is published. Ask for deletion whenever you like and we carry it out within seven working days, including the guest list and the replies.

After deletion we keep no recoverable copy.
